Structure
Reinforced concrete column frames for earthquake resistance. Internal side of walls are of quality 10cm hollow bricks rendered.

External Wall Finishes
External side of wall will be of natural stone. Built by in the traditional Cypriot style with reinforced concrete inside.

Internal Walls Finishes
All walls are plastered smooth together with three coats of emulsion paint.

Kitchen
Ceramic wall tiles are fitted between the kitchen cupboards and the remaining wall finished with three coats of emulsion.

Bathrooms
Ceramic wall tiles are fitted to the height of 2.3 meters will be of white color.

Ceiling
Wooden beamed ceiling in pine wood. As per architectural design.

Floor Finishes
Living room, kitchen, dining area & bedrooms will be finished in natural colour ceramic tile. Bathroom floor tiles will be of white colour.
