Property taxes, rates and fees
Property transfer tax fees are vital in order to transfer FREEHOLD ownership to the name of the possessor. This is done once the relevant Government Authority has issued the title deeds and the purchase has been completed.

Transfer fee rate in CY Pounds per hundred %
Up to 50, 000 – 3%
From 50, 001 – 100,000 – 5%
Over 100,000 – 8%

Next 20,000 5% =CYP 2500
